Just a couple of things to be cautious of

 1. Patterns of stripes or flashy colors that detract.
 2. Very bright colors.
 3. For Women: avoid plunging necklines
 4. Short sleeve tops - will make arms look heavier
 5. White colors - add weight
 6. Darker colors - reduce weight

From Carmel, Big Sur
Take Highway 1 North to Highway 68 East, Salinas. The first stoplight - take a right - on Hwy 68 E. is Josselyn Canyon. From Marina Take Highway 1 south past Sand City and
Seaside. Take highway 68 East towards Salinas.
Take a right at the first traffic light Josselyn Canyon
From Salinas
Highway 68 towards Highway 1. The light past the airport, is
Josselyn Canyon. Take a Left turn on at the light.

You will be going up a steep hill for 10-15 seconds, as the hill
flattens out, Via Isola Street is on your left. Take a left on Via
Isola, you are now in a residential sub-division called
Fisherman's Flats. At the 2nd stop sign, take a left. The
street is San Vito Circle. The first short block on the right
has only two houses. The first house on the second block
